Each kit includes enough Rub Rail for each side of your boat, as well as the Black Stainless screws to secure the rail at each end. 

More lengths are available to do the inside, or whatever you are looking for.

For easiest install, get the insert warm, secure one end inside the rail with a screw, and carefully take a screwdriver to push the insert in the rail. Cut the insert 6-8” shorter than the rail, and stretch to make a tight fit, insert the last screw.
